  • Community Easter Egg Hunt

    Bring your baskets and join us for a fun-filled morning of eggs, excitement, and community. This free event is a great way to kick off the spring season and enjoy a fun morning in the community.
    Don’t be late—the hunt starts promptly at 9:30 AM! We look forward to seeing you there.Bring your own baskets for Clayton's annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 28 at 9:30am. Age groups are 0-3, 4-6 & 7-9. Clayton's Easter Bunny will be at the event to cheer on the participants as they look for eggs at Meadowbrook at Clayton, 6001 Salem Ave. Clayton, OH 45315. Rain or shine. Event starts right at 9:30 am and will go fast, so make sure you're there on time. This is a free event.

  • Request for Bids

    Sealed proposals will be received at the Clayton Government Center, 6996 Taywood Rd., Englewood, OH 45322, until 9am on April 7, 2026, for the MOT SR 48 20.61 Sidewalk construction in accordance with the plans and specifications now on file in the City of Clayton Government Center. The Bidding documents may be reviewed and obtained at the Clayton Government Center or by clicking here.

  • Taxpayer Assistance

    The taxpayer assistance is by appointment only.  Taxpayers can schedule an appointment by calling (216) 857-3174. The dates and times are listed below:

    • Tuesday, March 10, 2026   9:00 am to 3:00 pm
    • Tuesday, March 24, 2026   9:00 am to 3:00 pm
    • Tuesday, April 7, 2026   9:00 am to 3:00 pm

    Municipal income tax assistance is also available by submitting the attached taxpayer assistance form and necessary documents to one of CCA's Drop-Box locations.  Tax forms are also available online at https://www.ccaohio.gov/tax-forms
