VAR22-06:  A request for accessory structure variances at 11100 Rinehart Road.  The applicant is proposing to construct a 32' x 42' detached garage, which requires a variance for location and height.

Wenger Road.  The applicant has constructed a series of connected detached structures with an overall area of 1,625 s.f. with the largest portion having a height of 20' which requires a variance for maximum height.  The request was made by Matt Slusser, property owner.

A Request for an accessory structure variance at 11155 Old Mill Road.  The applicant is proposing to construct a 40; x 64' pole barn which requires a variance for size.  The request was made by Michael Podrosky, property owner.

A Request for an accessory structure variance at 448 Crestway Road.  The applicant is proposing to construct a 26' x 36' detached garage which requires a variance for size.  The request was made by Larry Cordell, property owner.
