Request is for a front yard setback Variance for the property at 3120 Phillipsburg-Union Road (Parcel #s M60 03007 0026 and M60 03007 0031). The applicant is rebuilding the dilapidated house with a small addition. The addition is maintaining the existing building line, which is 20’ feet from the front property line instead of the 25’ required by the UR-1 zoning district. The request was made by John W.
