Charter Article 7.01


  • The Planning Commission shall be the platting commission and shall have all the powers and duties as provided by the general laws of Ohio.
  • The recommendations of the Planning Commission to Council is advisory only.

Planning Commission Fees

Residential Improvements  
   Rezoning / Zoning Amendment / PDD Modification $500.00
   Subdivision Plans (Preliminary and Final $500 + $10 per lot
   Preliminary Development Plan $500 
   Final Development Plan $500
   Re-plat $500 + $10 per lot
Commercial Improvements  
   Rezoning  / Zoning Amendment / PDD Modification $500
   Preliminary Development Plan $500 plus $15 per acre (site)
   Final Development Plan $500 plus $15 per acre (site).
 Engineering Plan Review and Inspection Plan Review and Inspection Fees
accrued by the City's Consulting
Engineer in association with a 
development project are the 
responsibility of the Applicant to
pay; applicant will be billed directly
by the City's Engineer
 Legal Review Fees (i.e., TIF, Developer Agreement,
 etc.
 Legal Review Fees accrued by
the City's Attorney in association
with a development project are
the responsibility of the Applicant
to pay; applicant will be billed 
directly by the City's Attorney
