Clayton took the proactive step at last night’s regularly scheduled Council meeting to declare a state of emergency as a result of COVID-19. There are no known positive tests in the Clayton area, however this declaration ensures Clayton officials have the appropriate staffing levels and resources to continue protecting the health and safety of our entire community during this quickly changing health emergency.
