Tim GormanTim Gorman is a life-long Northmont resident. His former family farm is now known as Savina Hill Estates, which he developed. Mr. Gorman has been a Clayton Council Member since the city was established in 1998 and the Vice Mayor and President Pro Tempore since 2000.

Mr. Gorman served on Clayton’s Merger Study Commission and Merger Commission; Montgomery County Rural Zoning Commission for four years; Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Development Corporation (now County Corp.) for four years; Montgomery County Planning Commission for nine years, serving two years as the chair; and University of Dayton’s School of Business Administration Alumni Leadership Committee.

Currently, he is a member of the Clayton Improvement Corporation and the Cost Recovery / Impact Fee Appeals Board, and is the city’s representative to the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission and Technical Advisory Committee and the First Suburbs Consortium.

Mr. Gorman received a B.S. in Business Administration from Marquette University in 1969 and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Dayton in 1975. Since 1972, he has worked for John M. Gorman Co., a supplier to the Tool and Die Industry.
