Contact the City at 937-836-3500 and we will send an application to you, along with the rules and regulations. Or you can visit the Forms area on this web site to download an application. The Center has a kitchen and holds up to 75 people. Alcohol is not permitted. Please call us if you would like to view the facility.

Picnic Shelters at City parks are available on a first come, first served basis. We ask that residents who use the shelters clean up after themselves and be respectful of other guests who are also using the park facilities.
