This department provides staff services to other departments, including personnel, purchasing, budget, financial oversight, accounting, and payroll.

The Finance Department provides for the various accounting and business service needs of the city. This includes general ledger maintenance, account receivables and payables, purchasing, payroll, preparation, and maintenance of the annual city budgets. Finance also manages the annual external audit.

  • Budget - Access the city's annual budget and review where taxpayer money is being spent.
  • Financial Reports - Download the city's comprehensive annual financial report.
  • Purchasing - Check out vendor requirements and how to do business with the city.
  • Taxes - Find out the city's sales tax rates and details on other area taxes.
  • Senior Property Tax Credit Program - Reimbursements will be given after the second half tax collection, and will be mailed to approved residents in October.
