Assistance will be by appointment only at the Clayton Government Center on the following dates and times:

Friday                   March 3rd              9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Wednesday          March 15th            9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Monday                March 27th            9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Wednesday          April 12th               9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Appointments can be scheduled by calling Eric Hein at 216-857-3174.

City income tax assistance is also available by submitting the Taxpayer Assistance Form and necessary documents and dropping it off in CCA's drop box located by the main doors of the Clayton Government Center.
