On July 12, 2017 at approximately 8:23 PM a black male, approximately 20 years of age entered the Dollar General store located at 8126 N Main St in Clayton and attempted to commit an armed robbery. The suspect was last seen wearing dark colored sweatpants, a dark hooded sweatshirt with the hood drawn and a pink baseball cap.
