LeeAnne Bustos currently serves as the City Council representative for Ward 1, having been appointed to fill the position vacated by Ryan Farmer following his successful campaign to become Clayton Mayor.
After choosing to relocate to Clayton and create a forever home, LeeAnne quickly developed a deep passion for the city through the wonderful neighbors and friendships she formed. She feels strongly about citizens’ right to be heard and is committed to advancing sensible solutions that meet community needs while allowing Clayton to thrive and remaining a responsible steward of city finances.
LeeAnne grew up in Lewiston, New York, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University at Buffalo. She moved to Ohio in 1986 to further her career and recently retired after more than 35 years as a sales and marketing healthcare executive.
LeeAnne is married to Maurice and has two grown children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, working outdoors on her property, and caring for her special-needs dogs.
