Clayton is proud to also be ranked as the safest city in Montgomery County. The National Council for Home Safety & Security released its rankings for the entire state of Ohio in early spring and Clayton was determined to not only be the safest in the county region but also the 24th safest city in the entire state of Ohio. These rankings are determined through the number of violent and property crimes, as categorized by the FBI, per 1,000 inhabitants. Clayton continues to strive to offer the best community for our residents and businesses and these two rankings once again prove Clayton is a great place to call home. Congratulations Clayton!
